The Sinya Cadillac Flow Series workshops are the essence of advanced Pilates instruction, preparing you to lead unique individual sessions.
.
The Sinya Cadillac Flow Series workshops are designed as a creative space for instructors who wish to elevate their skills to a higher level of Cadillac work. This comprehensive workshop training develops the ability to build proprietary flow sequences that combine elongation, spirality, core control, mobility, and dynamic transitions. The workshops emphasize consciously composing lessons: from warm-up, through the main phase, to cool-down, with a clear movement objective and thematic consistency. The philosophy of the workshops reflects the main tenets of Sinya Pilates – movement as the language of the body, where breath, center, and space harmonize into a cohesive whole. |
Building flow sequences with a clear structure – you will learn to compose lessons step-by-step: introduction → main phase → conclusion. Managing transitions – you will master fluid transitions between positions (supine, side, kneeling, suspension). Creating diverse class formats – axial elongation, core, spirality, mobility, and dynamic stabilization. Creative cueing and visualization – developing instructional language according to best practices. Adjusting difficulty – you will learn to scale classes for beginners, intermediate, and advanced individuals. Integrating myofascial lines – spiral and segmental work for full postural control.
Spiral and multidimensional work – you will master movement techniques in rotations, lateral flexion, supports, and suspensions, maintaining control, elongation, and proper core activation. Fluid transitions between positions – you will learn to compose lessons that connect various body positions: supine → kneeling → side → suspension, creating logical and rhythmic sequences. Managing asymmetry and spirality – you will learn methods for unilateral work, bilateral integration, and activating spiral muscle chains for maximum mobility and stabilization.
Advanced biomechanics – you will understand how to position the body in supported, lateral, and suspended positions, optimizing deep muscle function and teaching clients safe, conscious movement.
Using springs as a progression tool – you will learn to adjust resistance and support in exercises to scale class difficulty to the abilities of various groups and individual clients.Composing therapeutic and strengthening lessons – you will gain the ability to design sessions for beginners, seniors, and rehabilitation clients, emphasizing safety, effectiveness, and functionality.
Flexible approach to the exercise repertoire – you will master working with exercise modules and learn to adapt them based on the level of advancement and needs of participants. Integration of myofascial lines – you will understand how movement affects functional body lines: anterior, posterior, spiral, and lateral, which will allow you to lead more integrated and purposeful lessons. Building a foundation for further development – you will prepare to lead classes in more complex equipment configurations and body positions, forming a solid foundation for subsequent modules in the Sinya Pilates pathway.
Pilates instructors who have completed at least the Cadillac Essentials level – individuals who have already mastered basic equipment setups and work techniques in supine and seated positions, and wish to develop their skills in more complex positions (side, kneeling, suspension). For students of Sinya Cadillac Essentials or other reputable basic Cadillac training.
Certification upon workshop completion: Certified Sinya Cadillac Flow Series Level 4 Essentials + Integrations + Flow Series (Student records a full lesson, preceded by a lesson plan plus Practice.) Diploma L4 Sinya Cadillac Specialist

Exercise Repertoire: Intermediate Level:
Advanced Level:
Example Sequence Formats Sequence 1 – Spirality and Elongation Goal: Develop flexibility, mobilization of lateral muscle chains, and the ability for fluid rotation and body lengthening. Mermaid → Oblique Reach → Swan → Tower Focus: Torso spirality, rotation + elongation. Active spinal lengthening. Conscious lateral and posterior breathing. Sequence 2 – Functional Core Goal: Build central strength and stabilization, full body coordination, and learn segmental control when working with resistance. Teaser → Roll Over → Hug a Tree → Monkey Stretch Focus: Core stabilization. Spinal mobilization and control. Working with resistance progression. Fluidity and coordination through full range. Sequence 3 – Mobility & Strength Goal: Integrate strength work with spinal and shoulder girdle mobilization; develop balance, pelvic stabilization, and spiral torso control. Side Bend → Bridge → Hanging Pull Up → Chest Expansion Focus: Chest and hip mobilization. Strengthening the posterior muscle chain. Balance and control in supported positions. Sequence 4 – Dynamic Transitions Goal: Develop fluidity and control in transitions between different body positions, combining mobility, elongation, and stabilization in one session. Monkey → Scissors & Bicycle → Tower → Roll Down Focus: Transitions supine → side → kneeling → suspension. Dynamics + breath control. Functional elongation and stabilization. |
