Inside the Powerhouse a Kathy Grant Lineage Immersion with Sarita Allen

During this immersive workshop, led by world-class instructor Sarita Allen, who is strongly connected to the Kathy Grant lineage, participants will explore an approach that combines precision, fluidity, strength, breath, and authentic body awareness. Sarita Allen represents the second generation directly descended from Joseph Pilates himself, having been a student of Kathy Grant, who was a first-generation student of Joseph Pilates.

• This program involves dynamic work, including on the Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, mat, and with small equipment, developing:
  the quality of cueing and body observation
• creativity in session design
