Sinya Pilates Foundation

Training Description

Sinya Foundation is more than the first level of instruction. It is building the language through which the body begins to speak. Foundation is the first step on the path of conscious movement. In this space, we learn to build a relationship with the body – through awareness, breath, structure, and intention. This is not just a collection of positions and exercises – it is an invitation to understand how movement creates posture, and posture influences thinking, feeling, and presence.

The module is based on mat work without equipment and guides participants through systematic exploration of the body’s center, its relationship with the ground and gravity, as well as movement principles that will accompany them throughout the entire Sinya system. Fundamental exercises are based on neutral spine alignment, axis control, and deep muscle work.

This is where you learn to teach. Here you discover the fundamental principles of the Pilates method such as: control, precision, breathing, flow, and concentration. The training is designed for every instructor who would like to begin working with the Pilates technique, gain new knowledge, and explore the intricacies of working with the human body.

Build a lesson from breath, not from choreography. Feel deep muscles before they work with force.
Understand that stability does not have to mean stillness
Look at the body through its possibilities, not only limitations. Plan, observe, adjust with respect for diversity. Teaching methodologies in Pilates lessons. You will receive individual guidance on working with your own body, which will allow you to recognize problems and errors in class participants. You will discuss and learn about different body types and the problems most commonly encountered by instructors during classes. You will gain detailed information on verbal work using visualization. Through this, you will learn how to achieve understanding of movement and how to correct.

For everyone who wants to build solid, conscious foundations for their practice and learn to lead lessons from the ground up with quality that builds trust.

Sinya Pilates Evolution

Training Description
Evolution is the second stage, which does not so much add more movement as it deepens quality. This is where basic exercises undergo transformation: they gain rhythm, continuity, spatiality. Here the body begins to speak fluently, without interruption, with conscious guidance from the center. The module is based on intermediate and advanced Pilates exercise repertoire, still on the mat, still without equipment, but with fuller intention of rotation and coordination. This level leads to awareness of rotation, rhythm, and resistance to gravity, becoming a tool for shaping coordination, strength, mobilization, and flexibility. You will learn how to increase center control.
You will learn to perform intermediate and advanced level exercises. You will learn to execute advanced exercise techniques very precisely, paying attention to both the nuances of alignment and precision of execution. You will learn to build sequences, not just individual exercises. You will learn how to regress and progress exercises depending on client needs. You will become familiar with how to select exercises and create lesson plans at intermediate and advanced levels. You will understand dynamics and pause as parts of the same form. You will learn to create warm-ups and closing sections of lessons at an advanced level. You will gain detailed information on verbal and non-verbal work. You will develop cueing, the language of movement as communication and contact. You will learn which stretching and mobilizing exercises are worth incorporating into lessons. You will also learn how to work to refine your technique and communication.
For instructors who have mastered the fundamentals and are ready to work with flow, direction, and more complex structure, always based on quality.

Sinya Pilates Smart Tools

Training Description
Smart Tools is an encounter with props that do not dominate movement but draw out its depth. Roller, Ring, and Easy Ball become essential communication tools, allowing the body to feel the difference, register resistance, stabilize the body’s axis. Implementing small equipment in classes aims not only to make Pilates lessons more attractive but above all to raise their level of advancement and understanding. In the Sinya Pilates system, the use of small props deepens the quality of working with the body. In the Smart Tools module, we treat the roller, ring, and easy ball as tools for conscious influence on the neuromuscular system. Thanks to the unstable surface created by the roller or ball, the body learns to react faster, find its center, and rebuild internal support lines. It is precisely through disrupting balance – that we build balance. Proprioception becomes more sensitive. Posture – more dynamic. Deep muscle response – more precise. Working with the small ball and roller allows the body to feel where movement begins and where it disperses – and how to return to the axis with greater awareness. The Pilates Ring in the Sinya system is not just resistance – it is a way to build strength and stabilization in a closed chain, while maintaining breath quality and lightness of movement. Its structure allows for creating isometric tension patterns that strengthen not through effort, but through concentration. It is a tool that balances: strength with subtlety, tension with relaxation, control with flow.
You will learn not only how to use equipment, but above all why. How a tool influences movement through instability and direction. You will learn how the easy ball can support the lumbar region and how the ring can restore sensation in the hip or shoulder joints. These are lessons that not only engage, but teach the body to understand itself more deeply. How to differentiate classes and create progression levels. How to consciously select equipment according to purpose. How to speak less because the ball and roller teach more than words.

For instructors after Foundation and Evolution training who want to expand their toolkit with functional, diverse, sensorially deep prop elements.
