This module provides complete preparation for working in complex and dynamic environments and opens the path to the next stage: Sinya Cadillac Flow Series – creating original flow classes. This module is the next step in working on the Cadillac, where we transition from lying positions to more dynamic and complex setups: side lying, kneeling, supports, and hanging. The training focuses on movement spirality, asymmetrical work, balance, and full-body integration in multi-planar movement. Participants learn how to build classes that engage functional myofascial chains, develop strength, mobility, and complete control in a resistance environment (springs, bar, trapeze). The module emphasizes sequence composition, transition fluidity, and conscious use of space. |
Spiral and multi-dimensional work – you will master movement techniques in rotations, lateral flexions, supports, and suspensions, while maintaining control, elongation, and proper core activation. Fluid transitions between positions – you will learn to compose classes that connect different body setups: supine → kneeling → side → suspension, creating logical and rhythmic sequences. Managing asymmetry and spirality – you will discover methods of unilateral work, bilateral integration, and spiral muscle chain activation for maximum mobility and stabilization.
Advanced biomechanics – you will understand how to position the body in support, lateral, and suspended positions, optimizing deep muscle function and teaching clients safe, conscious movement.
Using springs as a progression tool – you will learn to adjust resistance and support in exercises to scale class difficulty to the capabilities of different groups and individual clients. Composing therapeutic and strengthening classes – you will gain the ability to design sessions for beginners, seniors, and rehabilitation clients, emphasizing safety, effectiveness, and functionality.
Flexible approach to exercise repertoire – you will master working with exercise modules and learn to adapt them based on skill level and participant needs. Integration of myofascial lines – you will understand how movement affects functional body lines: anterior, posterior, spiral, and lateral chains, allowing you to lead more integrated and purposeful classes. Build a foundation for further development – you will prepare to lead classes in more complex equipment configurations and body positions, establishing a solid foundation for subsequent modules in the Sinya Pilates pathway.
Pilates instructors with Essentials-level experience:
For instructors who have completed Sinya Cadillac Essentials or equivalent training and want to progress to the next stage – developing the ability to work in more complex positions (side lying, kneeling, suspension).
This module provides complete preparation for working in complex and dynamic environments and opens the path to the next stage: Sinya Cadillac Flow Series – creating original flow classes. LEVEL V Therapeutic Specializations (Sinya Therapeutic Path) LEVEL VI Sinya Apparatus Blend & Instructor Mastery (Sinya Apparatus Blend Workshops – integrating Reformer, Chair, Cadillac in one session. Workshop participation counts for 6 hours of Practice required to complete Level 4 Sinya Cadillac Specialization). |
Exercise Repertoire: Intermediate Level:
Advanced Level:
Sample Sequence Format Sequence 1 – Spirality and Elongation Goal: Developing flexibility, lateral muscle chain mobilization, and the ability to fluidly rotate and elongate the body. Mermaid → Oblique Reach → Swan → Tower Focus: Torso spirality, rotation + elongation. Active spinal elongation. Conscious lateral and posterior breathing Sequence 2 – Functional Core Goal: Building central strength and stabilization, full-body coordination, and learning segmental control while working with resistance Teaser → Roll Over → Hug a Tree → Monkey Stretch Focus: Core stabilization. Spinal mobilization and control. Working with resistance progression. Fluidity and coordination through full range Sequence 3 – Mobility & Strength Goal: Integrating strength work with spinal and shoulder girdle mobilization; developing balance, pelvic stabilization, and spiral torso control. Side Bend → Bridge → Hanging Pull Up → Chest Expansion Focus: Chest and hip mobilization. Posterior muscle chain strengthening. Balance and control in support positions. Sequence 4 – Dynamic Transitions Goal: Developing fluidity and control in transitions between different body positions, combining mobility, elongation, and stabilization in one session. Monkey → Scissors & Bicycle → Tower → Roll Down Focus: Transitions supine → side → kneeling → suspension. Dynamics + breath control. Functional elongation and stabilization |
