Training Schedule

DAY 1

Training Description

Participants learn how to use equipment not only as resistance, but as a mirror of the body’s reactions—how the roller poses questions about balance, how the ring asks for subtle resistance, and how the small ball reveals unconscious tensions in the pelvis, spine, or shoulder girdle.

In the Sinya Pilates approach, we learn progressive work, with control of resistance vectors and exercise modification depending on participant level. In the Sinya spirit, we explore relationships: body – prop – space – surface – intention.

Ring (Magic Circle): Isometric resistance, limb and center activation. Assistance in sensing deep muscle tension. Support for corrective exercises in the pelvis and girdle. Roller: Instability tool—sharpens body line perception. Fascial mobilization and spinal elongation. Balance and deep coordination training.

Easy Ball: Light ball as a point of support, assistance, or stability disruption. Local muscle activation. Axis integration in spiral and asymmetrical movement.

What You Will Learn

Using equipment as a tool for lesson individualization. Modifying classical exercises for therapeutic, athletic, or balancing purposes.
Designing lessons with sensory themes: stability, elongation, balance, core. Selecting equipment according to participant level and class objectives.
Recognizing compensations and micro-tensions during resistance work. Perfecting cueing based on sensory experience effects. Creating hybrid lessons—using equipment as both support and challenge in one session.

For Whom?

For certified Reformer instructors (after Flow level) who want to increase the depth, appeal, and effectiveness of their classes. The module is ideal for working with clients requiring special approaches: in therapy, motor preparation, overload prevention.

Requirements

Certification upon training completion:

Level 2

Root+Flow+Coreline

Sinya Reformer Coreline (working with props), (+20 hours of personal practice and/or classes with experienced teachers)

Certified

Sinya Reformer & Small Tools*

Opportunity for further development within the Sinya system:

Sinya Chair Fundamentals (Stabilization, control, and strength on a small surface.)

Sinya Ladder Barrel & Spine Corrector Integration (Stretching, elongation, posture activation)

Sinya Cadillac Essentials (Stabilization, elongation, and resistance work in horizontal positions)

*Completion of all 3 modules results in obtaining the Instructor title and receiving

L2 Diploma

Sinya Reformer & Small Tools Specialist

After the first training, the participant receives a card in which they document completed practical classes. Check the Practice tab—you will find contact information for available and dedicated teachers. 20 hours of practice allows you to take the online practical exam. The student records a complete lesson, preceded by a lesson plan and exercise explanation.
