Event Description
EU4YA by tiguar, one of the most important educational conferences in Central Europe. During this year’s edition, Sinya Pilates will create a special zone featuring special guests and world-class Pilates teachers.

Sinya Pilates will create a special zone where we will present traditional and contemporary approaches to the Pilates method, combining the tradition of working with Pilates equipment with a modern understanding of movement and instructor education. The zone will feature special guests, world-class Pilates teachers.
Our zone will be a separate space where participants can experience Pilates equipment such as the Wunda Chair, Reformer, Spine Corrector, and Ballet Barre, learn new training concepts, and see how Pilates education is developing in Europe. The Eu4ya Congress itself features over 120 hours of lectures, workshops, and training sessions, as well as 10 thematic zones that combine knowledge, movement, and inspiration in one place. It’s two days of intensive education, experience sharing, and a huge dose of motivation.
Who are the teachers leading the workshops?
Exceptional Teachers in the Pilates Zone During the event, participants will have the opportunity to work with four exceptional Pilates educators:
- Michael King – one of the most recognizable Pilates teachers in the world, creator of educational systems and mentor to many generations of instructors.
- Malcolm Muirhead – international presenter and trainer, known for his exceptionally clear approach to teaching movement and working with Pilates apparatus.
- Barbara Trylska-Nowakowska – Pilates teacher, owner of the Flow Pilates studio in Krakow and the only representative of the MK Pilates school in Poland, who has been training instructors and developing her practice with the most outstanding teachers of the Pilates method for years.
- Małgorzata Życka – personal trainer, fitness instructor and trainer with over 23 years of experience, specializing in the Pilates method, functional training and body & mind forms, cooperating with ProFi Academy and Sinya Pilates, where she shares her knowledge and passion for conscious movement
During the congress, they will lead both classes in the Pilates Zone and special sessions in the main Body & Mind zone.
