Event Description
The Lolita’s Legacy Pilates Teacher Training program is an internationally recognized training comprising over 500 hours of comprehensive education in the Pilates method.
The Lolita’s Legacy program constitutes a coherent educational system and covers the entire repertoire of mat exercises and exercises on all Pilates equipment: Reformer, Cadillac/Trapeze Table, Pilates Chair, Barrels, Ped-o-Pull, as well as work with auxiliary equipment (including roller, magic circle, foot corrector). The course also includes a theoretical part, such as movement anatomy, the history of the method, Joseph Pilates’ philosophy, and teaching principles that allow for the development of independence, awareness, and a deep understanding of the method. The course meets the professional standards set by the Pilates Method Alliance.
Who is Katya Smirnova?
Katya Smirnova is an international Pilates teacher and educator. For many years, she has been actively involved in the development and popularization of the method worldwide. She trained with renowned first-generation teachers of Joseph Pilates, including Lolita San Miguel and Mary Bowen. She also practiced under the guidance of Michael King, Malcolm Muirhead, and Nuala Coomb. These experiences allowed her to develop a comprehensive approach to the Pilates method and obtain certification within the Institute Pilates London program.
Katya is the founder of the International Pilates University Fitness4You – an international educational platform she has been developing since 2010. She is also Lolita San Miguel’s representative in Europe. In her work, she supports the development of Pilates teachers through mentoring and educational projects implemented in many countries, including Ukraine, Moldova, the Baltic States, Bulgaria, Georgia, Switzerland, Scotland, Germany, and Poland.

Lolita’s Legacy is the world’s only certified training program created by one of the two individuals officially certified by Joseph Pilates – Lolita San Miguel. The program trains teachers with an open approach, a deep understanding of the method, and high teaching competencies. To ensure the highest level of education, Lolita San Miguel personally trained a group of teachers to select educators responsible for further transmitting her legacy.
The training is conducted by a certified Legacy Educator in an intimate format, in small groups, allowing for an individual approach and in-depth, quality learning of the method.

Moduł zawiera również materiały edukacyjne i nagrania wspierające praktykę.
